Digital finance and the Efficiency of Financial Support for The Real Economy: Empirical Evidence from China

Based on the provincial panel data from 2013 to 2020 in China, this paper uses two-way fixed effect model and Dynamic System GMM study relationship between development of digital finance improvement efficiency financial support for real economy. The results show that: Digital can significantly improve economy China; Structural heterogeneity shows that, compared with degree digitization, effectiveness coverage depth indicators is stronger; Regional that impact Finance central eastern regions stronger than western regions.
